4 Tips Stay Strong While Social Distancing

4 Tips I Follow Everyday to Stay Strong at Home While Practicing Social Distancing

Going to the gym may not be possible right now with social distancing and quarantine imposed in our life now. Here’s what I do every day to stay fit and healthy

1. I created a mini-gym at home. I don’t need that much equipment. I have a couple of dumbbells, a jump rope, and perfect pushup bars and a mat.

2. Every morning to begin I get my heart rate up. The easy way to start is to use your jump rope to get some cardio. I usually take 10 minutes to alternate between jump ropes, jumping jacks and squat jumps

3. If you don’t have equipment, I use bodyweight exercises like burpees, lunges and squats. They are excellent exercises to stay strong and fit.

4. Get your friends and family involved. I use an app like Houseparty to invite a friend to workout with me. It makes it fun and also we break the social distancing. Sometime I do a Facebook live to invite a bigger audience to have fun with me
