HOW TO SEE THE VITAMIN SHAKLEE YOU NEED TO KNOW

AFTER SUCCESS

The recommended vitamins taken in the morning are vitamins that serve to provide energy:

Leaves
B-Complex
Vitamin C
ESP / Cinch / Meal Shakes

AFTER DAY Lunch

Usually we will eat heavy foods at this time of rice and side dishes. So consuming oily foods will help absorb the fat soluble vitamins Vitamins A, D, E and K. It is best to take:

Lecithin
OmegaGuard
Vita-E Complex
GLA Complex (GLA is not recommended to be taken with vitamin E. If you take both, take GLA after lunch and Vitamin E after dinner or vice versa)

AFTER Lunch

Alfalfa Complex

BEFORE SLEEP

Ostematrix
ESP (Especially for breastfeeding moms)
Herblax (2 times a week only)

Extra:
1. Nutriferon – once a week only sachet except when you have a fever or fever, can be taken daily.

Vitale should not be taken Ostematrix or milk
